Brook Hill 29 offers quarter ownership with each share deeded twelve weeks, or one week about every month, including two two-week stays in the summer months. Schedule slightly rotates every year, allowing all shares to have same schedule eventually. Weeks run Friday to Friday. Centrally located within the resort with distant seasonal views of the lake. Built on three levels, this unit has fireplace, private master suite and deck with lake and sunset views. Recent updates include new paint, new flooring, and moldings. Next project will be new carpeting in the bedrooms and on the stairways. Home owners association pays for insurance and utilities, and maintenance inside and out. Owner covers monthly HOA fees plus taxes. There are currently no rentals in this unit, although rentals are allowed through The Homestead's rental management program.
