Maintenance deferred single wide mobile home that has not been occupied for some unknown time. The lot has not been mowed. The home has not been maintained but one of parties connected to the property stated he had winterized it. The well was new in 2017 but he has/had no information on the septic system or any other components of the home. The home has a pitched roof. The LA did not see any signs of the roof leaking or damage to it. The interior of the home is very dirty and there is damage to the walls with holes having been knocked in them. Even so, the home looks salvageable. and could be a good investment for the asking price. The red storage shed to the right side of the mobile is part of the property. There is a fence along that sideline.
