This 3 bedroom/2 bath mobile does need some work (there I said it!) BUT has so much potential (and I'm not just saying that!) and such a great location that it's truly worth your consideration. Storm damage has caused the roof to leak in spots, it is temporarily fixed by re-tarring and a tarp but would need some attention. A good cleaning and new flooring (and some sub-flooring in places) wouldn't hurt either BUT newer septic and furnace helps. Located within less then a mile of hundreds of acres of State Land for hunting and just a short drive to Tin Cup Trail Head for riding, within walking distance to the Sanborn Creek for fishing and close to lakes for swimming. AND located on a county maintained road for year around access. So yes, it needs some love but will pay you back for sure!
