Built in 1989, this reverse board and batten home is contemporary in design with a casual yet sophisticated interior. It is functional, fun & family oriented. Designed by local Architect George Moutsatson, who apprenticed in Taliesin Fellowship of the Frank Lloyd Wright Foundation, based upon the principles of Organic Architecture as founded by Frank Lloyd Wright. This is an open floor plan with multiple living spaces on both the main floor and lower level. Each level is equally suited forentertaining family and friends. A primary bedroom/bathroom suite is located on the main floor. The orientation of the home to the west overlooks the crystal clear blue hues of the water. Mystical sunsets will take your breathe away. S'mores will never taste so good as the sky darkens each evening, with views of the Old Mission Peninsula and all the way to North Port. Sandy beach and dune grass, view of the bay out your front door offers the juxtaposition of the wooded "up north" private setting. The main floor offers an open floor plan with custom designed kitchen, snack counter, dining area and living room centered on a gas log fireplace. In the winter months, the fireplace is a perfect spot to gather with your favorite glass of wine after a day on the slopes. Or a cup of coffee or tea with your favorite news source on an early summer morning! Floor to ceiling new Pella windows/sliding doors open to a wrap around deck space accented with cable railing. This space is the family hub from early spring through late fall. Every room in the house offers an abundance of natural light.
